Jumper!

A war veteran walks into a bar and sits down next to a fellow young fellow and orders a draught straight. "Wanna hear some stories about boot camp back in those days, son?" Not wanting to upset the old man, he reluctantly said yes.

"Well, there was this one time, it was my first time parachuting. We were at 14,000 feet above ground level, about to take a dive" the old man went on. "Our instructor was shouting so loudly the sound of the engine seemed drowned by his voice"

"When it was my turn, I was kinda hesistant" staring at me was the instructor. "Jump this instance or I'll f**k your ass right here!!" screamed the infuriated man.

The now excited young man quickly asked "So did you jump??"

"Yeah, only at first"

There will be a briefing on the 1st of November 2007, I however feel its totally unnecessary to attend because on our side we have a live and walking GPS in Papa Bear. But the rest of the guys are going anyway, so that we don't get DQ.

Tragedy!

What was supposed to be a wonderful trip, turned out worst than anything we could imagine. It all started well in the morning when me and my partner in crime Piddles, took a bus ride down to LCC-T to catch a flight to Krabi, Thailand. Feeling excited about how wonderful it would be to see throngs of beautiful Thai women clad in nothing more than 2 piece of tiny cloths running across the sand was enough to give me orgasm.

And so it was 8:00 in the morning when we got onto the SkyBus. Sitting in between an Indonesian guy that smells horrible and 4 Indian women across the front of us was not what we expected. From when the 4 Indian women first boarded the bus till the end of the ride there was not a moment of peace. We were really 'TENSION' as we were really hoping to catch some shut eyes since we got up so early in the morning. They were going on and on about everything, from their morning teh tarik to their jobs and so on. Now I believe what my friend told me; 2 Indians talking can sound like a market. What's more now that there are 4 of them. There was also and incident where one of the Indian woman got up and straight pull the curtain from the passenger infront so the sun would not get to her eyes. The poor white guy who was initially enjoying the warm morning sunshine, had to now peek through the tiny slit between the curtains.

Upon reaching LCC-T, we quickly checked in out baggages before heading down tho Coffee Bean for breakfast. The breakfast was the best thing that happened to us so far. With time to spare we made out way to the boarding hall. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 10:05 , we were already there by 9:45. The boarding hall which was filled with passengers waiting to board their respective planes to their respective destinations looked normal to us. We were not suspicious of anything, and even wander off into the Duty Free shops there. Worse turned to worst when they annonced that the flight to Denpasar in ready to board. That was when most of the remaining passengers in the hall start lining up to board the plane. Left sitting on the benches were a few other pasengers. Feeling uneasy, I casually went up to one of the officer there and asked about our flight as it was nearly time to board. What I was about to hear nearly gave me a seizure.

"Sir, your plane has left. I called out your name 4 times. Didn't you hear??" I thought to myself, but it's still 10:05, and how could we not hear the PA announce our names. Piddles came to us after that. She too was shocked to hear about the incident. My jaw was wide open and hanging by then. The officer then told us that they had already unloaded our checked-in luggages. Feeling disgusted and mad at ourselves and AirAsia, we made our way out the hall, passing through the immigration and the securities. All of them seem to like give us the look making us feel as if we are guilty of some crime.

After getting to know that theres nothing much we can do to salvage what was left of the suppossingly wonderful trip, we headed home. Piddles wept a bit on the bus. Not only are we stucked here in KL during Hari Raya, when we got home, the memory card on my NDS also kaputted. Sigh! What a way to spend my Hari Raya holidays.
